What will my child learn?

• Jolly phonics letter sounds recognition and basic blending
• Cultural studies
• Numeracy concepts
• Science
• Sustainable practices
• Daily discussions - days of the week/Months of the year and weather
• Literacy concepts
• School readiness Behaviors
• Pencil control/ correct grip

What is included in the cost?

• 2 hrs of tutoring for 2-3 days a week
• Portfolio (will be given to the child at the end of the year)
• Access to educational resources
• Certificate at the end of the year (and little graduation hat)

How big will the tutoring class be?

To ensure quality and personalised tutoring, tutoring will not exceed 8 children

How long will each session be?

Each session will run for the duration for 2hrs. Children will have the opportunity to eat their snack at the end of the session while waiting to be collected by their parents.

How much will each session cost?

To ensure affordability, tutoring sessions will be conducted in small groups, and will cost $65 per session.

Do I still need to pay if my child is absent?

As payment secures your child’s ‘place’, if your child is absent, you will still be charged for the session to ensure your child does not lose their place. Session notes/ resources and fun activities will be sent to you for this day of absence.

* Alternatively, you can arrange to book your child in for a 'make up session' on a different day (subject to places available). 

What happens during school holidays?

Tutoring service does not operate during school holidays (you will not be charged for this period)

How often does my child attend?

Each child will attend 2 or 3 sessions a week. These sessions will run from 9:30am-11:30am Monday, Wednesday and Friday

What will my child need to bring?

A small backpack with a packed snack and drink bottle, a hat (during first and last term)

How will payment be made?

A weekly invoice will be sent through to your nominated email address each Thursday prior to starting the new week. Please note, payment will need to be made prior to your child attending their week of tutoring.
